I ordered some items that were shipped from North Carolina. I got a message that due to storms across the nation, it would be late which is totally understandable. Then I get a message it would be delivered Friday by the end of the day which it was not. Now it says it's in Union Gap, Washington which is 30 miles from me, but there is no scheduled delivery. I did some more checking and it says I was either unavailable or their facility is closed. FedEx closed on a Saturday? What a crock!
We seem to not be able to talk to a live in person at this location it must be too hard for them to understand their customer service is still of value
