My husband and I went in on a Sunday and ordered a living room set sofa and love seat with coffee table. The sales guy was nice and gave us a $50 discount on the coffee table and an area. Cool and my furniture was scheduled for delivery by that coming Friday. We left and went back before the closed and purchased a dining room table with 6 chairs. Spending a total of about 2100. No problem right.... Wrong the problem came when my sofa was delivered it had a rip in it. I called the store that Thursday night they told me they would switch it out. The next day I called back to confirm and was told it would take a week or 2 because they had to take pics of the damage and report to the manufacturer before they could get me a new one. Unacceptable!!!! My husband went in and spoke to then angrily and he was told they would deliver it that coming Monday, we were told Monday if not then, than Tuesday and they would call us. Tuesday no call no show my husband went in before closing and had to talk to them again angrily. Smh we were also missing the hardware to put one of my chairs together. I would not recommend this place.nnWhile I did finally receive my sofa in good condition I still have not received the hardware for my dining room chairs

I had the worst experience ever at this place and WOULD NOT recommend at ALL! Prices are okay but they delivered the wrong items to me twice and it took an extremely long time for them to correct. You’re not able to get a refund which I didn’t like especially since the first time they delivered the wrong thing who wants to continue with a business but I had no choice and they delivered the wrong thing again..I had to leave work early several times losing money and they didn’t deliver on the days the manger told me they would. Overall worst experience I now have my items even though it’s not what I originally order but I settled for what I have because they couldn’t get it right and I couldn’t get my money back. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL unless you want to waste your time!!!!!

I’m taking back everything I said this store called me on my birthday told me when my stuff will be here then Dave called at 2pm telling me it’s gonna be there in a few minutes I was so freaking excited I couldn’t wait any longer That entire store hands down it’s pretty damn good Josh aka the Manager thanks for working with me I appreciate it

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Owner and manager has 0 respect for women or accountability!! The only time they were nice was when they were talking to my husband! Save yourselves the trip or take a man with you when you shop!! If they get the inclination that you have no man with you, they will give you the run around!!
