Awesome and helpful. Richard was Knowledgeable and helped me with what I needed, Explained policy as to what I can do if I wasn’t satisfied with my purchased bed, and was Courteous and professional the whole way through. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for a bed.
We received excellent customer service from Glenn at the Union Gap venue. He and his assistant were friendly, efficient, and obviously anxious to please my wife and I with our bedding needs!!!
