As a contractor, who will no longer be shopping here, you would think I'd be able to pick up an order at the pro services desk, but no matter who I talk to they kept sending me to customer service with a line of 15 plus people...nnI don't mind waiting in lines, but when you're on the clock with someone else's money and Lowe's advertises Pro Services, I find it ridiculous.nnHome Depot's Pro Services are top-notch compared to Lowe's.
We found our microwave here, on sale and it was the best price around. I had been shopping for a microwave for over a month and they had the best price for a large, high watt microwave. Chano and Diego were by far the most helpful and friendliest people there.
Didnt have dry cat food, or Bissell carpet shampoo.
Found what I needed quickly & cheaply.
Go to C&H Hardware on fruitvale for your tools and supply's instead. Lowe's was way way too busy for comfort. No one to help you find anything, in the long run you waist your time and gas and you don't feel very good until you leave Lowe's. I had to leave Lowe's without buying anything and it was all just risk for nothing. I went to C&H hardware and they helped me with what I needed. I shop there now.
