Typical auto parts store, they had the part I needed (alternator for Mercedes Benz). Was much cheaper than a dealership. Friendly employees. I'll be back.

Was mediocre. Slow on the service side. Picked the more expensive of parts automatically. Although they were very polite.

Employees use to be helpful but not so much anymore. I just went to another auto parts store.

Bought a turn signal switch & when I opened the box it had the wrong switch. Box had right part number but wrong part inside. Took it back & they called several stores near by & told them to check in the box to make sure the correct part was in it & sent me on my way to pick it up without any extra charges.
