HORRIBLE, I was suppose to get my refrigerator 10/25. She said if they get in touch with all my references, it should be Friday 10/25. I called rent a center Monday 10/28, the manager said she was gonna keep me updated by the end of the day. HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY CALL FROM THEM AT ALL!!! Then Tuesday 10/29 I called the man FINALLY told me that they need the number to where I lived. What I said to him was why didn’t you call me to let me know. Like you wait until I called the store to let me know something is missing. That doesn’t make sense. They started calling my references 10/30. STILL IN BETWEEN THAT TIME FRAME AND 11/01. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL. I CALLED THEM 11/01 to see what was going on. He said I didn’t get approved for it. I said well why didn’t you call me to let me know, why I gotta call to see what the hold up was. Then he asked me DO I WANT MY REFUND. WHY WOULDNT I WANT MY REFUND. THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE. BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

they tore my grandma’s porch up and gave her a refrigerator that doesn’t work! manager always busy.

The staff seems nice but is very lazy. Ive been waitin for a call back for almost two weeks and everytime I call im told ill get a call back and never do. I had to re-apply and submit information twice. They ask for a lot of information and references. I still haven't gotten a chance to talk with the financial manager.
