I went to T-Mobile today because my phone was lost. I was in a panic because my kids are in a different state and I needed to be able to reach them.nThey told me i needed to wait to be helped, so I did.nAfter 30 minutes a girl with a hat & long ponytail came out and said I can’t help you?nI said why? I need a replacement phone immediately, my phone is lost and I need to be able to call my children.nShe said ‘ you don’t have the right mask on’nI was wearing a mesh mask because I am medically exempt and have a doctors notice. I told her this. I even explained my condition. She did not care.nI said can you just help me outside then?nShe said no.nI have never been treated so cold heartedly in my life.nI was about to cancel my plan but I went to another T-Mobile store and they were so kind and helped me immediately to get another phone.
Well Jose made this so stressful that we wish we had be here a year ago. Sometimes it's great to know excellent help and service still exists. A 1000 thanks for all your time and help. C and D

Went back to the store after waiting for a screen protector that was supposed to be ordered 10 days ago and there was no order. Got the chance to work with Jose this time and he was able to take care of my phone screen today, additionally he was able to make my tablet purchase easy. Jose is the man to go see.
