I was actually in Macy's. The first employee was helpful, but the lady in the return department was antisocial, unfriendly, and had an attitude the size of Mt. Rainer. I have lost a lot of weight and needed to get new clothes. Including shoes and accessories. But that woman was so unpleasant I went to a different company and spent extra money there just to get over the way she treated me. I won't be back any time soon nor will I recommend it. I think I will have people go to the Tri-Cities if they have to buy at a Macy's.
One of my favorite stores here in Yakima Washington everyone just trying to keep the store clean and sanitized.
