Allison was terrific while helping us choose a new mattress. There was no rush or pressure, but instead she took her time to explain features and differences to us, and allowed us to make our own decision. Everything was clean, and we were given a disposable protective sheet to use to try out different mattresses and pillows. Prices are competitive with other stores and various websites, and we found MW even beats some of the mattress companies own websites for price.
Don was amazing. I was at three different stores and it wasn’t until I called Don that I knew exactly where to buy our new mattress. He was knowledgeable and made the purchase simple. I will definitely be back.
Alison was great! I came in for a bed frame and she directed me to one right away. Also she convinced me to try their bed match programming. Turns out that I picked the right one! She also gave me discounts on the frame and on a mattress cover. Great customer service!

Allison showed me several mattresses after I took the mattress fit test. No rushing to hurry up and pick a mattress. I was allowed to try several mattresses. Allison told me all the information about each mattress that I tried.nA cover due to the Covid was placed on the mattresses.
