Thank you to Richie at your Brookhaven store for making our mattress experience easy! So many to choose from, firm medium soft, spring gel memory never remember it being so confusing! After having our old mattress for 12 years and with Richies help our sleep is stellar! While we were there we also bought one for my daughter because their prices were so fabulous! Thanks guys!
Allan Campbell was excellent. He knew EVERYTHING about the mattresses and bases. We were happy with the price, too. The delivery men installed it all quickly. Have to get used to a little firmer mattress, but love the idea of the adjustable base vs. the standard box spring and mattress.
Friendly and efficient employees. I also just had to return something on warranty and the employee I dealt with to do that went out of his way to get me the link to submit the warranty info and even included a PDF of my original receipt. I couldn't have done it without that.
Quick and easy process. The guy working there (11/25/2020) was helpful. Knowledgeable. And friendly.
I had already received delivery of a purple bed set. 3 pieces. Ordered it thru purple directly, never realizing that we would need removal if old stuff,and assembly of new. I reached out today local matress firm and for only 105.00 they r coming this week to remove old and assemble new. They r awesome and recommend them highly
