The furniture pieces are made with quality and were reasonably priced on every occasion.nKelly has been wonderful to work with each time we placed an order. Kelly was courteous and patient with answering all our questions and when working through the ordering process. Ordered a TV stand & corner hutch on August 28, 2020. Was given an approximate delivery time of October 23, 2020. Unfortunately, the TV stand was ‘not complete by the craftsman’ and I was offered a separate delivery with additional delivery charge. After questioning why I was being penalized with additional charges when it was not my fault two deliveries were needed, Kelly decided to waive the delivery charge when the TV stand was completed & delivered. After numerous times emailing with her, I was finally told on December 03, 2020 that she talked to the craftsman who ‘had no record of the TV stand order’! Bogus. I wasn’t born yesterday. She obviously never ordered it otherwise how can she explain telling me she had checked on it numerous times.nHonesty is the best policy. She should have come clean and then I’d had some measure of respect for her. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable Amish store & skip this place.

I needed specific dimensions for a TV stand, and Kelly and co. gave me an unbeatable price for a beautiful, solid wood piece that we are thrilled with. This is the second TV stand we've purchased from Timber, with 100% satisfaction both times. Highly recommend!

We love this store, especially Kelly. The quick response to emails, calls and texts are a great perk as well! We have purchased many pieces of furniture from here! The quality of the products are exceptional. We have purchased poly wood furniture (2 sets of bar height tables and 4 chairs) a year ago and it has held up great in the salt air at the beach as well as no upkeep. We just went back this year to order 2 poly wood bar stools! They have such a huge color selection and ability to do two tone options on many different styles of furniture. The turn around time is always on track sometimes even sooner. We also had the furniture delivered and they were on time and friendly. We would highly recommend this store to everyone. Kelly will make this process smooth and easy which is much more than you would get elsewhere!
