I wouldn’t even give this place a star for real ud83dude12 like they didn’t give us the right refrigerator , said two people was gonna come out so they can move the other one outback but one person came and left it in my dining room so now I have two in my dining room they kept saying someone will come and never did & the manger is the one who said it .

Absolutely HORRIBLE. The manager Margarita is the epitome of acting unprofessional, rude, and ghetto.nnWe attempted to rent to own a stainless-steel refrigerator and stove from Rent-A-Center. They dropped the stove off with no electrical plug and we had to hire an electrician to attach the wire and plug assembly. Then a few months later the refrigerator broke down and all our food went bad. They said they would reimburse us for the food and send a repairman out. The repairman came out a week later, said he couldn't fix it and he would have to send it out for repair. They brought us an ugly white refrigerator to be used temporarily, and then that refrigerator broke down the next day. A few days later they sent out a nice replacement. Meanwhile, all this time, food was still going bad and we were unable to purchase anything perishable. When they brought us our refrigerator back, I didn't know it at the time, but the refrigerator was full of cockroaches. We tried to exterminate them twice, but it didn't work because the roaches formed a nest in the motor. Then the refrigerator literally broke for the second time for the same exact reasons. The door just fell off the hinges, it couldn't get a tight seal and the motor burned out. Our food went bad for the second time and they still wouldn't reimburse us. The new refrigerator didn't have any roaches and they are the same make and model. We only had one payment of $68 left to own the refrigerator. The manager Margarita, rudely called us up, refused to accept the last payment and demanded that we take the roach infested refrigerator back. When I explained nicely that we were not going to take that broken down, roach infested refrigerator back, she called me a name, threatened to send the police over and hung up on me. I never yelled at her; I was never rude to her. This manager Margarita is classless, loud, and ghetto as the day is long. She is all smiles when you first talk to her, but they are renting defective equipment, with poor servicing, and HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.nnIf you are going to rent to own? DO NOT USE THIS RENT-A-CENTER. They are rude, ghetto, and clearly have roaches in their warehouse and showroom floor.

Terrible costumer service. My furniture was supposed to come today and no one called after I’ve already paid one months payment last week. When I called the agent on phone couldn’t find my file and had to call back when the manager called back she had a bad attitude told me I was denied and went on talking I asked why what was wrong she said my information didn’t pan out I asked what information because I know all my information was correct she said my cousin said she was a long time friend I asked did they call my landlord , my boss yes ok and that was all correct yes so because my cousin said that and she said yes. But no one planned on calling me to refund my cash or let me know what was going on when I’m sitting here waiting for furniture.

Very disappointing. I use rent a center regularly at different locations. This one is by far the worst one. They take forever on the phone, and they missed their scheduled pickup 3 times. I'm so fed up with them.
