I was so impressed when entering Bob’s Discount Furniture store in Springfield over Labor Day weekend. The service taking my temperature and hand sanitizer when entering and how they are making sure to have appropriate amount of people in store at once with COVID 19. I have to say the were the only store out of the 4 I went to looking for sofa’s that was taking these precautions. Also a wonderful and knowledgeable sales team. Lisa R was top notch. I was looking for a 27inc sofa to fit down basement and she new exactly where to direct me. I have to say all the other furniture stores I was not directed like that. She was very helpful.

Updated~nMy experience:nStore experience was nice: 5 stars. Helpful staff. Good variety.nDelivery was on time: 4 stars. Nothing remarkable.nProduct quality: 3 stars due to broken drawer guide.(now repaired)nnUpon delivery, there was a broken drawer guide (see picture) that made it so the drawer would not open and close without great effort. Since the box was in good condition, I felt it was not the fault of Bob's or the delivery crew, it was concealed within the dresser when packaged.nnRather than call for service, I took a picture of the broken guide, and went in person to the store. They agreed to fix it. Set up appointment for repair tech to come. Repair tech shows up and simply verified that the item needed to be replaced, took his own pictures, contacted someone with the replacement part, and left.nnPart replacement arrived after 2 weeks, installed it myself. Easy peasy.

Your temperature is taken at the door before you are allowed in. Also, there is a strict occupancy measure in place. I went in to check out mattress prices but was surprised to see many old folks shopping around for mattresses as well. I checked out the bathroom as usual, one of the cleanest I have seen in any store.
