Samson Furniture & Bedding

This place is great until they fail to bring you your furniture for 4+ months! We pretty much went to Samson’s to furnish our whole house. Everything came but a bench for our dining room set. We specifically got this set because of the bench. We purchased it in late October or November and have been calling and visiting to ask when our bench would come and were told it’d be here on three different dates. Fast forward 4 months later and we still don’t have it! I just got off the phone with Brian and he’s given us yet another date (March 6). At this point, I wouldn’t even be surprised if it doesnt come by then. When I mentioned how disappointed we were with the customer service he had a horrible attitude with me!! Didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars here and trust me when I say I won’t be back and won’t be recommending this place to anyone else purely based on his attitude and the lack of customer service. We can only be patient for so long. We couldn’t have Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner at our home because we didn’t have enough seating in our dining room. Truly disappointed.nnEDIT 12/5/2020nnHonestly we’d rather pay double the price for our furniture than ever give this place another penny. Just look at the owners responses. If you were so worried about your reviews (being that you’re a small family owned business) maybe you’d start treating your customers a little better and act a little more professional.

Bought a beautiful solid wood bedroom set for under $2000..Wow!nThrilled with the price and quality of the set. The sales people and delivery guys were awesome. My parents have bought all their furniture here for the last 25 years. I will be doing the same!
