I've been looking for furniture to update my living room and bedroom for a while. After visiting several furniture stores, I finally found what I was looking for. American Furniture Design has the best furniture for the best price. But most importantly their sales person, Mike, was amazing! Mike made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He was friendly and fun but at the same time he took care of all my needs right in the spot. His knowledge of what he is selling is extraordinary. He answered all my questions related to the furniture specifications, the cost, and the delivery. The delivery was right on time and the drivers took care of everything to make sure that the furniture was exactly the way I wanted it. Mike was on top of everything. His customer service was outstanding and could not be compared to any other service that I experienced. I want to say Thank you Mike for making my visit to the store the best I had so far. I will never buy furniture anywhere else!!!
I received my furniture today. Both gentlemen were kind quick and professional. They packed my boxes in front of my house for recycling in a neat way. Muhammad was very professional and courteous in handling my furniture and making sure everything was here so that there were not any problems. Mike at the store was just as professional and kind and helping me find the right furniture for my bedroom. I am extremely happy with purchase of my furniture and the delivery of my furniture. I will come back to the store again
I ordered bedroom set 2 weeks ago, was told it will take 6-8 weeks but they got it delivered all the ordered furniture 2 weeks ago except mirror. Hoping that the mirror will be delivered pretty soon too. Mohammed and his colleague were there to deliver it yesterday, they were pretty efficient in handling this heavy weight furniture. They were able to install it in no time.
Just had a beautiful sectional delivered from American Furniture and it looks wonderful! The salesman at the store, Mike, was very kind and helped us pick this couch with the cuddler piece which we love! Muhammad and his partner delivered the couch today and did an amazing job! It was a bit of a tighter fit down the steps, yet they got the couch down the steps and set up all three pieces in a matter of minutes! They were very quick and professional. They then folded and cleaned up all the cardboard and wrapping and placed it in my garage so I can easily put it out on recycling day. Thanks so much to Mike, Muhammad, and his partner!! Cannot wait to get another great piece of furniture from this store.
Today I received the last part of my sectional which was the sofa. It had to be brought up seven flights of stairs. Muhammad and his partner did a amazing job getting it done without any complaints they made several attempts until they had the right one and that got the job done. Was I satisfied EXTREMELY and on top of that they where early and I was happy about that. In the future if i order from America furniture again i will be requesting Muhammad and his partner going further. I truly appreciate it and thank you once again
