My visit to La-Z-Boy was very enjoying! The store manager, Ron was very welcoming and super helpful. He guided us through the purchasing by paying out all our options (being sure to highlight shipping times). I will definitely be back to purchase more from this branch.
My experience was amazing ! My salesmen Ronald Thompson is all You will need when You enter the store very in tuned with the products he sales We could not have had the experience we had or made the decision on what to buy had it not been for his input. Great experience! Found the chair we were hoping for ten minutes after walking through the door. It was half off and the store manager made the checkout process as painless as possible :) Would definitely recommend this La-Z-Boy to others!!
The overall experience at this La-Z-Boy location was A++. Customer Service was great! The sales lady and manager were extremely professional, weren’t over bearing or looming around. I was given the opportunity to explore my options and given feedback when I requested assistance. I would absolutely recommend this location if you’re interested in purchasing a top-notch, quality recliner.
Since June, I visited 9 furniture stores from Oaks to Delaware. Lazy Boy, Springfield PA was #8, I went on my lunch hour and stayed nearly 2 hours. I was greeted very professionally by Angelo, who patiently did all of the legwork to help me make a furniture choice. I went back to the store 4 days later, after visiting one other store 2 times. When I returned to LZB, Angelo was there and again, took his time, answered every question for me and my significant other, and we chose to get custom built furniture for just a bit more money, but we know it will be worth it! Thank you so much Angelo!!
