I was assisted by Nate he was very professional, helpful and friendly. He made my mattress shopping easy since I haven't brought a mattress in over 5yrs. I look forward to sleeping on my new mattress and will be visiting the store again to get my father a new mattress too. Thank you Nate.
Salesman was knowledgeable and honest. I went in for a good pillow. Only negative was that it wasn't in stock at the store and I have to wait a few days to go back and pick it up.
We had a great shopping experience at Mattress Firm. Our salesperson was Vald and and Sam was the other salesperson. They both worked well with each other, helping each other check stock etc.. Vald answered all of our questions even though the store was very busy, we weren’t rushed at all. Our mattress is not being delivered right away which was our choice. As we are in the process of painting and having new carpet installed. Vald told us to let him know when we are ready and he would set up delivery. So glad Vald was able to guide us to get the right mattress for us.
We went to two places prior to coming here but the sales rep here was so attentive. The information he shared about the mattresses was very informative and his customer service was great. Thank you Steven for showing us great service and helping us pick out a new mattress with an adjustable base.
