Return policy for junk jewelry is no good. I have a receipt and original packaging, but they wouldn't take back a Rachel Zoe necklace because the price tag wasn't on it ( I had to cut it off to wear it). Necklace was worn for an hour and broke...do not buy Rachel Zoe jewelry. Tj Maxx needs to do a better job with written regulations for returns.

Bought 2 beautiful chairs for my living room from TJ Maxx/Home Goods combo store in South Philly. They were 2 big for the area I purchased them for so I returned them to my area TJ Maxx in Springfield, PA. The store manager, herself, came out to help me get the chairs in! In addition, apparently TJ Maxx and Home Goods, though sister stores, use different codes. I thought I was going to have to lug both chairs to the Home Goods next door. But the store manager accepted them there and made my refund process smooth as silk. Thank you to her and the front door woman who worked to make my experience a positive one!
Mens section has five undies and two tshirts, there is more building here than clothes. The other locations are better.
