I ordered a cake, the cake was pretty, but crumbly, and the bottom of the cake was stuck to the box.

Extremely disorganized store. No relevant or helpful staff. Here is an example: The app lists items at a specific price, but says you can only pick them up in store, so when you drive to The store, The item is not where the app says it is, so you go looking for it, spending triple the amount of time you anticipated to find it, no one is around to help you, then you go in line to check out, that takes three times the length of time it took you to find what you wanted to buy, because there's nobody directing the movement due to COVID, and everyone is arguing if they should go ahead or if they should wait behind everybody else. When you finally get to a cashier, and show them the cost on the app for the exact item, they say it's scanning up for a different price. If you can't price match with your own websites prices, how in the world are you guys on the same page? Where is your leadership? Where is your management? Have your employees read the sales and service quality manuals? Do you bother to develop them in customer service training? Does your district manager even bother to visit? If this is retail, how are you guys still in business? Is it just a volume of sales business, customer satisfaction value has no relevance to the Walton's or your district management or your area president?

It looks like this store has recently been renovated and looks great with the shelves full of products! I was planning not to visit this store anymore but now changed my mind due to the new look and plenty of stuffs to buy! This is type of store that people always love to visit!
