I came in this morning to return a pair of sunglasses and the employee there looks at me dumbfounded once I told her I needed to do a return. She said that there system is down. She proceeded to say that she doesn't know when it will be back up and I can only return them at a Macy's sunglass hut. She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or offer a different alternative. . Very unprofessional, lack customer service. She could have recommended to call back or return tomorrow once the system is back up but no she just gave me that awkward look so I left. They seriously need to hire employees that knows how to provide better customer service!
I'm sorry I need to correct myself I wrote a review early on Sunglass hut in springfield mall in my error I was shopping at Sunglass hut in Macy's where I was lucky to have Alyssa help me. She professional and took time in helping me. Thanks again Sunglass hut (Macy's) and Alyssa
They will not answer the phone or google provided the wrong number! Annoyed
