Before I came to this store I called to make sure you had product. Woman answered in electronics, she did not have that product in her department but she looked it up and told me exactly where to find it. This store only had one and I needed two. I called your other Springfield location and got Steven in electronics. Same thing but he put me on hold, went to make sure it was in store and to make sure I was able to purchase the last one in his store he brought it with him to electronics. I went to the other location, purchased that item and additional items. Very good service from both Springfield electronics departments. Thank you both!!!!0
Paula was very awesome and honest on what's the best for your buck. Great customer service by her... I'll make sure to be the stop next time around.
I went in to this and 2 other targets that said they had the Pearl Jam limited edition in stock with multiple copies but could only get in store. If I called to confirm I heard a message that they will not give you stock updates on anything. Now why would you want people coming into the store if you want social distancing for something that was not available to buy on the release day?? I think someone was holding them in the back to sell for more money or something. I am not a very happy customer.
It was the fastest pick up I have had. She was so quick and came almost as soon as I pulled into my parking spot!
Very easy curbside pickup. I like the app, which is what allows for pickup or easy delivery, but I would like searching for products to be easier.
