Worst experience ever dont buy here so I bought my table set In July 25 and 2 chair we’re broken so they said they would order me a new one and would arrive in August I been calling and I still have not received my chairs they keep telling me it will arrive it’s been months this is not acceptable I recommend going somewhere else worst furniture store ever!!!! I would give this a 0 if I could
This furniture has the worst customer service. My Mother purchased several Items from this place. It took an extremely long time to get the furniture. Once the couches that she ordered arrived they were missing a section. As the employees set up the couches they broke one of the sections. After months of contacting them and no phone response finally they respond with send us photos. This is the third time photos are sent and still no resolution. These couches are bran new. They sit in a house that is not occupied. The damage was caused by their delivery personnel. It has been almost a year. Our next resolve is to sue them in court and file a report with the better business bureau. If I could give them negative stars I would.
Very Unsatisfied with their delivery they said they would bring me my merchandise today Friday 9/24/20 told me instead they would bring it until the 6 of Oct .They didn’t even call me to let me know I made the call to see if they were gonna come today.My footboard has a small crack I told them n they said I had to make a report they can not replace it tht it’s out of their hands .They are good to sell but if you need help for a replacement or any other question they can’t help you.
Hi priced and I would rather shop at Marchants
Never been there but their comersial is out of context. It only scares my 3 year old she cant even sleep now and every time the tv is on and this comersial pop up she hears the music and automatically know and runs scare to hide. ud83dude11
