I went in to get a new phone back in May. They told me they took my old phone's plan off autopay for me before I left and that it would just run out on it's own. However I ended up getting charged again for the old number that I no longer have or use. They also didn't show me the different plan options when I got my new phone. Overall a frustrating experience especially since they can't give me a refund for their mistake and can only credit my account according to the AT&T store I went to to complain about the charge.
I had a wonderful experience today at the Sunnyside WA AT&T Store today. I was traveling, my phone broke, and this was an urgent time sensitive situation. Sales rep Maria S. assisted me, and she did a marvelous job. I've been an AT&T customer for 15 years, gone through multiple in store upgrade experiences, and this was far and away the best ever. Maria was extremely knowledgeable, personable,and professional. She went the extra mile to help me with my urgent situation and smiled the whole way through, being very patient with my endless questions and I know she was sincerely looking out for my best interests. The exemplary treatment by Maria makes me an AT&T customer for life. THANKS MARIA!!
