I really like the ADT security system - the small device that I wear is what makes the system so easy. I do not like the poster life in my yard, I would rather have a sticker placed on one window or a door. I have only had this system a week or so ask me in 6 months if I like it.
Our consultant and installer was great in helping us decide what we needed. This was our first system and we felt no pressure. Great peace of mind....plus you get a great savings on your home insurance. Thanks Stephan
Ernest was awesome and did a very great job. We originally wanted to cancel but the way he explained information and gave great answers to all of our questions was wonderful. He did his best job and didn't even hurt the walls!
Technician was here on time and he was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and fulfill all my expectations. It was nice experience. I love the peace of mind that an alarm system in my home gives.. To get ADT, best decision ever!
Dave arrived on the time specified. He introduced himself explained what he was going to do. He was very courteous, considerate, friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time needed to remove our old system and install the new one after he explained the different options available to us and we agreed to the one we felt most benefited us. Dave did not leave until he felt we understood the system.
