Technicians were great and very helpful/informative. Had to have the technician come back out during the same day because a piece was not working. Overall, the process took longer than expected. I was told 2 hours on the phone but it ended up taking over 4 hours. But overall still a good experience and I would recommend ADT to a friend.
The experience was a delightful one, your technician Michael was on time, he was very presentable, walk me through the whole installation process, in the end he explained the whole operation of the system. I am very pleased with the product Thank you .
Mislead on the phone-did not know I would have to pay so much for the equipment. But the install technician was really nice, helpful, informative. Install was great and now that I have the system it is very easy to use and I sleep a lot better. I feel more secure.
Victor did an outstanding job taking care of our home protecter. He was friendly helpful in making our decision on what type of equipment we needed for our home. He knew what he was doing and did it in a timely manner. He is a A+ employee your company should be proud to have.
Stay away from adt. Their customer service is horrible even loyalty department. They never keep their word. Give your business to local companies
