I’m a dental hygienist and I’ve always had a hard time with knots in my neck and shoulders. Finding the right massage therapist has been a challenge. But today, thanks to my husband, I have found the right person, Kim ❤ufe0f Her experience, knowledge, and communication skills helped me tremendously!!! Her hands are magic and this was the first time I left feeling so much better! She knew where to work out the knots and she was able to help with the tension in my neck! What an incredible experience. This was my first time going to get a massage and it was well worth it. Kim talked me through the process and we talked about problem areas. She created an amazingly relaxed environment and listened to any concerns that I had and went over them 1 by 1. I felt listened to and understood. That alone helped me to relax and comfortable. So very thankful to be able to find such exceptional care...nI’ve already booked another appointment and one for my wife as well!!!

Kim's talent and experience really stood out as she helped relax the areas that were really bothering me, worked great on the rest of me, as well as a all while providing a profession yet very relaxing environment. I highly recommend to anyone!

Today was my first visit to Serenity Day Spa and I received the most amazing massage. Kim did an incredible job and was so kind. I have some pretty extreme knots in my shoulder and upper back area and Kim spent a lot of time working on them- I can definitely feel a difference. I cant wait to go back!

I was skeptical at first of this place because of location; however, the inside and services are incredible. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing. The staff are friendly and compassionate. I absolutely love Kim and she is my favorite massage therapist I have worked with. She is very attentive to my needs and provides high quality service. The prices are reasonable compared to their competitors in Yakima. I highly recommend them!
