We have 4 ancestors buried here, for reasons unknown they don't have headstones. Two where children when they passed and they are buried by their Grandparents on their mothers side. The problem we have is they were listed as "unknown Millard". Their father was a Justice of the Peace, for Price, Grand Marshall in the 4th of July Parade ca.1900 for Price. He also was a County Commissioner, helped develop the boundaries of Duchesne County, put in the first phone lines in Duchesne County , bought 40 acres and built the Mercantile, Postoffice and Opera House in Altonah. I can go on and on as to all J.M.Millard did for Price and Altonah Utah. We called the Cemetery of Price so they could update their records on the two unknown Millards, they deleted them instead. Their names were Lillie Alice Millard B. Apr 20th 1897 Red Vermillion, KS D. Jan. 31st 1911 Price, Utah died from pneumonia Plot 1-B-096-01 NS Irzella Bell Millard B. Jan. 6th 1917 Altonah, Utah D. Feb. 3rd 1917 Altonah, Utah died from pneumonia Plot 1-B-096-02 NS Their Grandparents are Sarah Higgins Booker and Alfred Young Booker whom are buried in Plots 1-B-096-03 & 04 NS They still have the Bookers listed but for some unknown reason instead of updated the names for the Millard children they deleted them. I hope my ancestors get the recognition they deserve. Their parents were John Marion "J.M."Millard and Alice Belle Millard .
