I have always had friendly, excellent service from the staff. They are very accommodating and helpful.
Management, re: pick up. You may want to take some notes from other stores and hire more people. We've been sitting here going on 30 minutes and it's not your people who are the problem. Everything seems backed up, as others have been waiting just as long- if not longer. And, they're saying they don't even have the orders for 6 yet (one hour in advance). What?! For the love of God, step your game up.
WORST SERVICE EVER! they hang up on their customers constantly or keep them on hold and when you do get someone they are rude and very unprofessional. As someone who works in a pharmacy I know how hard the job can be. But your customers come first if you cant be decent to them then get outta of the pharmacy. These are peoples lives you're messing with. Terrible terrible service. And terrible staff every single on of them
