Use this company at your own risk. I contacted the owner/driver about picking up my vehicle from an Auction in Spokane, WA (DAA Northwest) on Thursday and he said he will pick it up and deliver no later than the weekend. So I texted him my address and vehicle information and was waiting for him to update me with the time of pick up and eta for delivery. Every time I called him he doesn't answer the phone or reply to my text msgs. Finally on Sunday he text me telling me he is too busy and that I should call other transport companies. now four days later I have to start from zero and find a new transport company to pick up my car. I will never do business with this a...hole again.nI will call the auction who gave me his number and file a complain with them as well. He is a loser, be a ware.
