Miranda at customer service graciously waited on me yesterday at your store, I must tell you, the service she provided was exceptional. She was patient and kind. Also, very knowledgeable of items and sales. Thank you Miranda for the excellent customer service!!!

I arrived today with the intention of returning an Amazon package and was surprised at the amazing 80% off sale that had on their clearance items. Nearness to say I snagged few items and saved over $200. The store was very clean and the customer service is superb. Highly recommend coming to this location during the week to avoid a lot of people.

I do 98 percent of my shopping at kohl’s. I have never had an issue until tonight. Jan was the cashier. My children wanted to purchase items with the 10.00 off 25.00. The coupon clearly says one per person, but has no age or says one per household. Keep in mind they are paying with their allowance. I guess my children are not customers in Jan’s eyes. Jan called manager and was told I could use two. We proceeded with check out until Jan had to speak out again about the coupons. Jan could have had more polite with her words instead of saying “ your lucky u even get to use two”. That set me over the edge! At this time I was frustrated and said just forget about my items I no longer want them. As I was walking out the door I did ask to see a manager. I did voice my opinion about the coupon does not have NO age restrictions or one per household. Also if kohl’s only wants u to have one coupon per household or person why don’t t they just mail them instead of having it on the app for unlimited use! We unfortunately left with nothing and worst customer service I have had from anyone in a store.

Love shopping at Kohl's. Only place I can find a good selection of bras in my size. They are having excellent sales right now, got 2 really nice sweaters for about $10.00! Check out the multiple sales racks, 80 percent off.
