Great place had an awesome sales woman named Louise. Was awsome she showed us what we were looking for got everything pulled togethernShe was attentive but not pushy. I highly recommend her and this place . If I could I'd give it a ten star review.

We purchased a leather sectional living room set, with tables. Jose was amazing! He was very willing to help, and ordered a recliner to perfectly match. Our new furniture looks amazing, and is very comfortable! The quality exceeds our expectations. We will continue to shop at NB Liebman...I feel they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you!

My husband and I went shopping for a new desk never realizing there was a desk shortage because of people working at home as well as, children taking virtual classes due to the pandemic. We actually went to NB Liebman first and saw a desk we liked but it didn't have the drawer storage we wanted. Since it was our first stop we decided to move on. We found 2 stores with no desks and one with 2 desks. We went back to NB Liebman within two weeks of our first visit and they had restocked and we found the exact desk we wanted. We love our desk and we were very pleased with our sales person who helped us and the delivery men who delivered our desk.

Customer service went above and beyond our expectations. We ended up at NB Liebman after purchasing a sofa from Wolf that was never delivered. NB Liebman knew our situation and made sure we got the exact piece we were looking for. We happened to purchase our furniture a day or two before the Covid shut down. So, as expected, it took a few weeks longer to receive our furniture. But during that time, NB Liebman called us several times to update us and reassure us our furniture was coming. On the day of delivery, we didn't sit around and wait at all. The delivery came right when expected (actually a little early, which was great for us). And they followed up a day after delivery to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. We love our new sofa and will definitely be using NB Liebman for our future needs.

5 star experience all around the board. Extremely pleasant salesmen and women the entire visit. Most formal and productive working environment I have seen, next to what I strive for myself as a manager! Completely above and beyond customer service from Mr. Jose, whom we had the pleasure of working with, all the way through to our delivery day. I regret not getting their names but your delivery boys are quick, efficient and all around extremely hard working men. I genuinely hope they receive the best kudos possible as well as Jose Montaño. Thank you N.B. Liebman for making our first big furniture purchase memorable, successful and heartwarming!!
