RUN. Do not buy a Kenmore refrigerator. Within six months ours broke and we have lost hundreds of dollars in groceries. We had FIVE service appointments and will now be going two months without a working fridge. We asked for a mini fridge to store our food in since the part we apparently need well not come for another two weeks and were told no but were offered $20. Laughable. I asked to return the fridge and they said after 30 days that is impossible. NEVER BUY FROM HERE.
There should be a zero!! Worst and most expensive experience I have ever had in retail. I was not told I could not return the base to the mattress we bought and now stuck with an adjustable base that I don’t like or want. AND customer service does not care. I have never been as disappointed as this. Sears is no longer the store it once was. This customer will spread the word that we will not be going back there ever and hope that no one else has to deal with this as we are.
