Great pharmacy!
I called in a prescription for my 1 yr old and they said they would have it ready in an hr. I wait an hr and a half and drive over there to pick it up. And the lady tells me it isn’t ready. I tell her that I called in and they said it would be ready when I got there. She became snappy and rude and said they were busy. I understand busy but when someone calls in a prescription, and you tell them it will be ready....the. Follow through with your word.
Moved from Tooele, where we used their pharmacy for a particular prescription and use the discount app GoodRX, after Price Walmart Pharmacy transferred it they tell us they won't use GoodRX (it is NOT an opioid) and we cannot get the RX transferred. So a RX that costs me $56.00 in Tooele they're trying to charge $230.00 for in here. Spoke to the Walmart pharmacy in Spanish Fork and they will honor GoodRx prices for the same thing, but I can't transfer it. Spoke to the pharmacist and he said it's the pharmacy manager's choice not to. Great, then train your people to tell customers that PRIOR to transferring my RX, not after!!!!
