I have only been in this store a couple of times, the last time was a fair experience (we purchased a electric lift recliner). Our purchase has not been delivered yet, they told us about 8 weeks, has only been a week. The time before we were in the store it was close to closing but they were still open, the sales person was really pushing that we hurry. We we're looking to purchase a couch and found one that we liked. The sales person told us to come back the next day or sometime earlier in the day to purchase it. We purchased a different one from a different store.

Ask for Monty! I went in to get a quote for a dining table set. I needed a good solid table on a limited budget. Monty really worked hard to make Isaak's the best choice for my purchase. Fantastic customer service! The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I haven't purchased yet. I will though.
