I purchased $2600 worth of furniture from this place and after two months of not receiving my kitchen table I went down to talk to them the owner use cursewords towards me and completely disrespected me telling me that I need to be reasonable and it’s not his fault that my stuff hasn’t showed up however the date of arrival for my stuff had already moved three different times.nAnd he refused to deliver my item and set it up when it did arrive after being completely frustrating with him and asking him why he had an attitude with me I told him to give me a refund he argued with me for sometime before finally giving me my refund the products that I did get from here bed couch etc. I am pleased with but they already had that in stock however the kitchen table never did come I would not recommend this place to anybody they are unorganized and unprofessional and they Treat paying customers poorlynnA month after I wrote this review KK responded by saying that I was a Confrontational and cursing at their employees this is a lie and wait for them to justify their Poor behavior by lashing out at me a paying customer I called down there to inquire on why they responded and their excuse was that their note said that I was a more than difficult customer which I wasn’t I was just assertive because they kept telling me my product would be there one day and then it wasn’t I was well within my right to be assertive this place really need some customer service training

Not much to look at, display room is a bit crowded but the rocking recliner I bought there a month ago is ama-za-zing!

We are so delighted with the craftsmanship of K and K Custom Furniture. A few years ago we asked to have cabinets made for our family room and they turned our beautiful! Just this past month we went back and asked Jose to not only make additional cabinets for us, but to match them to our kitchen cabinets. It was a great experience! Most people would have been worried that the match could not be done, but it ended up perfect. No one would ever know that they had been created at different times and by different companies. Jose also suggested the beautiful addition of handles on the cabinets. It looks spectacular! Thank you Jose and his incredible team of Justice and Daniel!

Jose has been helping us with cabinets and his knowledge and customer service has been great!!!. Really appreciated the extra time and help Jose has given us.
