Some of the best customer service I've ever had. You can't go wrong coming here! I asked and they helped. PS I definitely recommend going to chaz.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY EXTRA!!!! I went into this Metro Store to purchase a phone. I was attended by Wavane. The phone was originally at $199 I know there are fees that I have to pay for activating the new phone. However, when I paid, I paid $327. I asked the for the receipt to see where the charges were coming from at first they refuse to give it to me, and they took for ever to create a new one. I say they because the guy that was working there was also trying to make it. When I received it, it turns out they charge me a $54 for a regulatory fee when I paid cash. I have heard about that fee only on cards, and even that is too high. Never have I ever been charge a regulatory fee at any Metro store when purchasing any phones. This is a joke. They were also very rude about it. If you want to buy a phone don’t go to this store. Unless you want to be charged a “regulatory fee” on a phone line You already have not New. If I could I would put a minus star.

Excellent customer service! I've been helped by every rep in this store and they've been very helpful and kind to me I will definitely recommend this store to friends and family:)

They have some awesome customer service i went in to buy a phone for my daughter and he hooked me up with a case and screen protector def recommend
