Raul was extremely helpful and very patient with changing over my whole family’s phones. The other staff members were very helpful and friendly as well. This has been the best location I personally have been to and Would recommend this location

Great place to do business. No pressure staff, knowledgeable, and polite. They was able to get me a better plan than my now former carrier V, and at a better price. I am very happy I went here.

This store has by far been the best sprint I’ve visited as of lately. They were all so kind and helpful. I went in got my bill taken care of and out so fast. Best service and staff in Yakima! Will definitely be going to this location every time from now on!
