The whole Authorized Agent of Verizon Wireless is very unlike that of Verizon on-line. Which, Verizon on-line is unethical and lacking in integrity. This Authorized Agent Verizon is brilliant, professional, ethical, eager and willing to help with the customer in mind rather than themselves. The representative who help us was knowledgeable, integrity based, thoughtful and just down right kind. Bravo.
I was treated very well. Maya was helpful and answered all my questions. She has a sweet personality and helped get everything switched to my new phone. I told her exactly what I wanted and she got it right away. She didn't try to talk me into anything else. I am on a fixed income so that was very important to me. There is nothing worse than being shown something you can't afford and and falling in love with it knowing you can't get it. I feel like Maya cared about me and my needs. I will gladly use your store again because of Maya.
Jannicke is the best! I messaged her in the morning and she said come in at noon to look at a new phone. I wasn’t even planning on getting a new phone that day. But she helped me and looked at every option I had with every bit of patience! This place is top notch and they are amazing at customer service! Hats off to Jannicke and the rest of the staff!
