Sears Hometown Store

I would give 0 stars if possible. The owner of this store screamed and swore at me and then hung up the phone. He was incredibly rude and I will not be shopping there again.

Fridge went out 7 months after I purchased it..kenmore wont help me..the price utah store wont help me..I dont know what to do anymore other than blast the poor customer service all over the internet! I am very frustrated and unhappy I will never buy from sears again and especially Kenmore..all they can do is tell you what you want to hear to get you off their backs...

Good place to shop appliances, tools and yard goods.

Friendly staff and great prices

Terrible service. Bought a new fridge, when it came in they didn't notify me. I finally had to call to see what was going on. When it was finally delivered they didn't assemble it; I had to do that myself. I would recommend RC Willey over this store!
