I have never had any serious issues with any walmart pharmacy. You whiners need to step down off your pedestals of course you will have to wait they have hundreds of customers thats why they have a system set up to call you when its ready and NO ONE is perfect humans make mistakes.

Every month I go for the same prescription. And every single time I have to jump through hoops to just get my prescription filled. Again, my Dr. called it in at noon and it still wasn’t ready by 4. They hadn’t even looked at it and said they needed to call the office. And like every other time, the office is closed. So I have to go without my medication because they don’t want to do their jobs. They said they prescription has to go through a few processes before they can fill it. What kind of computer process takes over 4 hours? Come on now. I can get the same medication filled within 20 minutes in dubois. I wish I lived closer. If any other pharmacy in town had my prescription, I wouldn’t waste my time here. They lie about why they make me wait. And they could care less. This isn’t a medication I can just stop taking and I would think the pharmacist would make sure people got their medicine on time. But they don’t care at all! I hope you don’t need any heart medication! It’s definitely not a convenient pharmacy. I do not recommend. Id give zero stars but it won’t let me.

Worst pharmacy in the world. My rx got called in at 12pm, I went at 4pm and it still wasn’t ready. They said they had to add the doctor to the system to come back in 45 min. I came back and guess what its not ready. Now they are telling me its an insurance issue because of the doctors dea number and they need to talk to the dr. So they call the dr office but guess what its closed for the day. So I don’t get my medicine. The same medication I get every single month. And I will withdraw without. But if it was someone’s heart medication I’m sure they would make sure and get that. I go there every month and always get the run around from them. I absolutely hate this place. I wish this wasn’t my only option for a pharmacy. I would have gave them negative 5 stars if I could.

You are not the doctors that prescribe the medication. They would rather fight to not fill your medication then do their jobs. No different then any other part of this store, total garbage. Just some losers working at Walmart.

I sat and waited for 1 1/2 hours for my prescription, only to get home and find out that now I have two full bottles e of the same medication. I even gave them the bottle / label i needed - how hard is that? Realty!?! Never using this pharmacy again.
