So I called the pharmacy this morning at 9 am to request a refill. They told me it was only going to be a couple hrs. So 7 hrs later I show up to get my prescriptions and they tell me they are 3 days behind filling prescriptions but they will bump me up to in store and it will be 15 minutes. Moral of the story do not call your prescriptions in if you want them filled within 24 hrs. Currently exploring options for a new pharmacy.
These employees are swamped with orders and customers to satisfy. Despite this, they have always been kind, courteous, and very helpful to myself and my family.
Had really good service the key word here is( had ) their rude and never have my name brand medication. Very disappointed going to look for a new pharmacy.
Refused to fill my RX that they have been filling for over a year. Using the guise of “professional judgement”, they have no professionalism what so ever.
Has what you need.. typically.... a few nice workers but a lot of them are super rude... I was looking in an isle and an employee walked by and bumped into me... never n said sorry or anything. Just laughed and kept walking...
