I ordered a sofa in July. They told me it would arrive in August. No updates. I follow up they say it will be the end of September and we will give you a $50 credit. I email them in October, no updates from them! Now they tell me it may not arrive until November. Four months!nnAt this point, I don’t think the website is real and I’m working with a fraud specialist to find out my options.

My boyfriend and I recently moved into our first home and we needed living room furniture right away. We were able to buy what we wanted and pick it up the same day. The gentlemen that helped us was very polite and helpful. We had a great experience at MM Furniture and will definitely be back in the future.

I ordered a couch from this company in mid June. Initially they said it would be delivered in August, when August was almost over and I had heard nothing, I contacted them. I was told the couch wouldn’t arrive until September. In September I contacted them to make sure the couch was still arriving on time and I was told it wouldn’t arrive until October. The couch was finally delivered in October. I received no credit towards the purchase even though there were constant delays and the communication was abysmal. I understand due to current circumstances things may not arrive on time and that’s ok. What irritated me was the fact that no one was communicating and I was the one reaching out to check on the status of the couch. I would never recommend this company to anyone friend or foe, in fact I would recommend they stay far away.

I enjoyed ordering thru MM Furniture. Great selection and very competitive prices. They handled my order as soon as I sent and had it processed in no time. It was a great experience. I will order from them again.

I am absolutely livid! I waited 5 weeks for my coffee table, only for it to arrive missing parts! Don’t bother trying to call the 800 number because no one ever answers. Now this thing is in pieces in my living room. My gut told me not to order from these people but the price was too good. I guess you get what you pay for. Buy from Walmart next time!
