Lauren was awesome! Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. She wasn’t pushy and showed us several different options. She gave us plenty of time to make a decision and provided great feedback and information. Store was clean, safe, and had a good variety of products. Very satisfied.

Last September (2019), we bought a purple 3 mattress here, and the whole experience was fantastic. This past August, it was destroyed in a major storm that came through. When it was time to replace the bed (thanks insurance), we went right back to Mattress Firm. Aimee was fantastic and got us set up right away. 2 great experiences there in a little over a year. Absolutely wonderful experience. We found that mattress hunting was more stressful than we imagined. And after speaking with Aimee who was very knowledgeable and helped guide us to our starting point the rest was all on us taking the weight off our feet, stretching out and relaxing. The store was clean, masks worn, hygienic sanitizing station upon entering and two of the friendliest ladies we have ever met. While we didn't choose our mattress the first day we wanted to go home and sleep on it and when we returned we were encouraged to know that we had up until 4months to decide if that was the mattress for us. We felt heard, appreciated and like we weren't just a sale. We truly enjoyed our time in the store and are pleased with our selection. Can't wait until we receive our new beautyrest and they haul away our old mattress. Special thanks to Aimee who went above and beyond.
