I went in yesterday around 7pm and the guy was awkwardly rude! Worst customer service ! But there bread is REALLY good.

I was very disappointed with a special request cake that they said they could accommodate. The cake was dry and lacked obvious flavor expectations. I reached out to the lady whom I had all previous conversations with. Very defensive about the cake she had provided. I sent her pictures of the remainder of the cake... over half. They spelled “Feliz” wrong. It was just a wreck from the begging. She offered to speak to the owners and look at getting me some money back. Almost a week later and I’ve heard nothing. A $160 sheet cake, and I’ve received horrible customer service.
