If I could leave no stars, I would. The saleswoman I bought a mattress from back in October was decent. The mattress was pretty expensive but I am overall happy with it.nnHowever, I used their option to finance through a third party (Synchrony). The saleswoman assured me I would have 12 months of no interest payments. Not wanting to read through the entire 20 page document I was given, I took her word for it. My mistake - I am now being charged more than I originally paid for the mattress and can't get anyone on the phone to help me. Synchrony explained it's at the merchant's discretion to offer specific discounts or interest free periods, but they agreed to not charge interest if I pay in full this month.nnNot a trustworthy experience.
Jim the store manager was very helpful in guiding us through the mattress selection process as well as offering competitive pricing. He didn't try to upsell us and instead helped us figure out what we really wanted.nnA great customer service experience.
