I bought a sofa almost 2 months ago and have not yet recieved it. I'm ready to take legal action.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL LEAVE YOU HAVING TO CONTACT A LAWYER. THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT HAVING WARRANTIES AND THEY DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM THE CATALOGS THEY HAVE. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN FACTORY AND WILL MAKE WHAT YOU PICK OUT BUT IT WILL HAVE DEFECTS AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO CORRECT IT. AHMAD IS A SCAMMER AND HE IS THE OWNER. I HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THEY ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION. I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ALSO SCAMMING SNAP FINANCE AND ACIMA FINANCE COMPANY. THEY TELL THEM YOU HAVE YOUR FURNITURE WHEN YOU DONT. THEN YOU ARE LEFT WITH PAYING FOR SOMETHING YOU THAT DONT HAVE. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NOT HAD MY FURNITURE FOR A WEEK WHEN I SEEN THAT IT WAS A WHOLE IN THE SIDE. THEN 3 WEEKS LATER I SEEN THAT THE SOFA HAS SNAG LINES IN IT AND WOOD IS POKING OUT OF THE SIDE. I SENT AHMAD PICTURES AND HE REFUSED TO FIX IT. AND I STILL HAVENT EVEN RECEIVED THE PART BACK THAT WAS MESSED UP WHEN I GOT IT. HE IS ALSO REFUSING TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH SNAP FINANCE EVEN THOUGH I AM GIVING HIM THE SECTIONAL BACK DUE TO DEFECTS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE STATES THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY ON CUSTOM ORDERS WHEN MY ORDER WAS DEFECTIVE FROM DAY 1. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I would give less an a star if I could. I purchased furniture from Mealey's and got the 5 year warranty. Right after we purchase the sofa's and ottoman the seams started to come loose. We call Mealey's to address and sent the manufacture (United Furniture) just re-stitched seams. A year later the seams are splitting again. United Furniture said they only offer 1 year warranty on their products. I was told I could purchase new cushions for $70 and ottoman top for $70. Why would I purchase anything ever again from this company? NEVER
