John was really nice and extremely helpful. He listened to what I need and helped me find the perfect mattress for my budget. To top it of, the mattress had just come into the store last night, so I picked it up the same day I walked into the store. I also appreciated how John helped secure the mattress to my car and made the journey home safe and sound.
This store is always our first choice when mattress shopping. John listened to me and helped me choose a great mattress that fit all of my needs. He was very considerate about keeping the mattress within my budget. I highly recommend going to Mattress Firm in the Gateway Shopping Center and asking for John!
John gets so many good reviews I'm afraid adding another one will make his head swell, yet I do want to add my voice to the chorus. He was all about helping us determine what was best for us in a relaxed, no pressure yet very helpful way. He offered us a great price and was also (along with other staff) very helpful in all the follow up and arranging delivery. Highest recommendation for this store!

John was amazing and guided us through a great purchase and great deal which we are very happy with. The 5 stars are all for John. I would give 0 stars for delivery. First off they were picking up and doing a delivery, but did not bring a screwdriver (which they needed). The guys were rushing and did not set our bed to the height we wanted, even after asking. They left us with 2 boxes of extensions and told us it couldn't be adjusted. One of the guys phone was blowing up and he was on the phone a lot if the time. Now we have to wait on the adjustment when they could have completed it when delivered.
