Big thanks to Gino and his team of installers for treating me like a valued customer. Six months after they installed my new floors, the washing machine leaked and trapped water between the vinyl floor boards and the slab beneath. Mainline Hardwood fit me into their tight job schedule so I didn't have standing water for an extended period of time. The team pulled up the flooring then wiped down and inspected the boards in order to salvage as much material as possible. After a drying period, they returned to re-install and the floors are as good as new - like nothing happened. My sincere thanks - great customer service.
