This is the second time I’ve used Window Concepts. They created the shades for my family room 18 years ago. They stood behind their work for 18 years and it was now time for an update. Charlie, Doris and company are a pleasure to work with and create unique designs. Their installers are polite, efficient, responsive and wore masks during the entire process (very important during COVID.). I highly recommend Window Concepts and will continue to use them without hesitation.

The entire process from selecting the blinds to installation went smoothly and flawlessly. They offer a wide selection of quality products. I contacted this company to do a Roman shade repair. When I called a woman answered with a very welcoming, friendly voice.nI proceeded to explain what I needed done. She said they can definitely help with that as they do all types of work with shades and can make them or do repairs. She quoted me what it will be if I were to bring in to them and a price if I preferred them to come and remove the shade themselves and bring back to install. The prices were reasonable. They had the work done quickly, even added a tassle and reinstalled perfectly. The gentleman who came out was also very polite and friendly, and efficient.nIt was a pleasure to do business with them and I would use them again.

Doris and team were OUTSTANDING! Went the extra mile to get my measurements while my house was still under construction, so that we could have our installation of our beautiful window coverings immediately after closing, before we moved in. Couldn't be any happier with the product, service, and experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I’ve been purchasing Hunter Douglas shades from Windows Concepts, PA. Always a pleasant. Doris have been very professional and accommodating,considering current situation we have. Installation was done professionally (with mask on at all time) and painlessly. I would purchase from them again.
