The service provided by the Paoli Rug Company was excellent. They were prompt in picking up and returning the rugs sent for cleaning as scheduled. The rugs look fantastic with the beautiful colors restored. They explained the process for cleaning and answered all of my questions about the proceed and care of the rugs. The staff was professional and considerate. I would definitely use this service again.

Great local company - so lucky to have them close by! I needed my wool area rug cleaned and they picked it up that day. They just delivered it (along with a new rug pad that I purchased an hour before on the phone.) They laid the new pad and the rug down..my rug looks like new.!nnThey are professional and courteous - so pleased! I'll use them again without a doubt.

I have used Paoli Rug Company for several years and have been extremely pleased on every occasion. You will not be disappointed. They are very professional, get the work done in a timely manner and always do a fantastic job. The communication with pick up and delivery is amazing too. I sent my 30+ year old oriental rug to be cleaned, deodorized and re-fringed and it came back looking brand new. I am thrilled and will be sending another rug for the same treatment. Very professional service, easy to schedule pick up and delivery and I would highly recommend their services.

Paoli Rug Company just finished restoring and cleaning 9 oriental rugs that had been neglected and in disrepair for many years. Not only do the owners do a fantastic job in treating the rugs but they have expertise in the origin and quality of the rugs which you wouldn't find in the average rug business. The owner Nathan personally came to pick up and deliver the rugs by appointment (on time). Nice to see a local mom and pop business with this level of expertise and service. Great business, can't recommend enough!
